IF24 Desk

Atalanta is in the process of preparing a third offer for Celtic player Matt O’Riley in an effort to outbid Juventus and other competing clubs. The initial two offers made by Atalanta for the 23-year-old fell short of his €30m valuation, with the first offer amounting to around €15m. Despite the setback, Atalanta remains determined to secure O’Riley, viewing him as the ideal addition to their squad.

While negotiations between Juventus and Atalanta for Teun Koopmeiners have hit a roadblock, prompting Cristiano Giuntoli to consider other options, including pursuing O’Riley. Atalanta’s renewed interest in O’Riley has been confirmed by Gianluca Di Marzio, who reveals that the player has already agreed to the terms of a long-term contract and is awaiting a resolution between the two clubs.

Intermediary Blash Hosseini is actively involved in facilitating discussions, with the hope of finalizing an agreement before Juventus can make a move.
