Juventus Close to Securing Todibo Deal with Improved Offer

IF24 Desk

Juventus is eagerly anticipating a response from OGC Nice after submitting an enhanced offer for defender Jean-Clair Todibo on Tuesday. The Italian club has reportedly made a significant improvement to their initial offer, which now closely aligns with Nice’s valuation.

Juventus is looking to secure Todibo on a loan deal with an option to buy. Reports indicate that Nice is seeking a €5 million loan fee with a buy option set at €30 million. Specifically, Juventus has made adjustments to the terms of the buy option in their latest proposal.

As of now, Nice has not provided a definitive response to Juventus’ offer. However, Juventus is optimistic about the prospect of finalizing the deal.

Todibo, who previously played for Barcelona, has accumulated 100 appearances for Nice since joining the club in 2021. Despite his experience, Todibo has been omitted from recent pre-season friendlies, signaling his imminent departure before the transfer window closes.
