The summer transfer window has seen Paris Saint-Germain among the clubs interested in Manchester United’s Jadon Sancho. Despite the 24-year-old’s preseason with the club, there is a growing belief that it may be time for him to seek a fresh start elsewhere.
As the transfer deadline looms, pundits are debating whether Sancho should continue with Manchester United or explore opportunities elsewhere. The talented Englishman has caught the eye of clubs like Juventus and PSG, indicating that there is interest in acquiring his services.
While there have been conflicting reports about PSG’s involvement in the race for Sancho, it appears that they may not be in the running. On the other hand, Juventus is reportedly eager to secure Sancho’s signature and is actively looking into the possibility of a deal.
Discussions about Sancho’s future were featured on Sky Sports’ “Good Morning Transfers,” where a pundit suggested that it might be the right time for the winger to seek a new challenge in order to recapture the form he displayed during his time at Borussia Dortmund. The pundit emphasized the importance of game time and the opportunity to prove oneself, particularly in a system like Erik ten Hag’s where Sancho may not have thrived as much as he had hoped.
The pundit stated, “For him, I think at this point in his career, he’s going to want that game time. He’s going to want to play a big part or just have the opportunity to prove himself. I think in [Erik] ten Hag’s system, he’s never really got it going as much as he would have wanted to. Obviously, he’d still want to have a point to prove. But if there’s a better team, i.e. Juventus, that makes sense, I think he would be keen on going.”
