Thanks to an impressive first half of the season, Athletic Bilbao winger and Spanish international Nico Williams has caught the attention of several European giants, including Juventus.
The 20 year-old has emerged as one of Spain’s most exciting talents after his superb start to the 2022/23 campaign. So far this season, Williams has earned 4 goals and 6 assists in 17 appearances across all competition, quickly becoming one of Ernesto Valverde’s most integral pieces.
Spanish outlet AS reports that in addition to the Bianconeri, Liverpool and Manchester United are just two of the many clubs interested in making a move for the attacker.
However, the La Liga side want to keep hold of the youngster for a bit longer and hope to fend off interest in the short term by handing him an improved contract.
