Agent of Destiny Udogie reaffirms Spurs commitment

The agent of Destiny Udogie insisted the 20 year-old is still committed to his future at Spurs despite the departure of Antonio Conte earlier this year.

Last summer, Spurs completed a deal with Udinese to acquire the left back for €20 million plus an additional €6 million in potential bonuses. However, Udogie remained with the Zebrette on loan for the 2022/23 season and performed admirably despite the team’s inconsistent results.

“Spurs have already made it clear their feelings on Destiny,” his agent, Stefano Antonelli, told Radio Crc.

“Even though they’ve changed managers, there is nothing but positive feelings from Spurs. We’re talking about a player who could play at Napoli, Roma, or Inter.”

Adding, “Most are convinced he’ll get called-up to the Azzurri once he’s finished at the U-21 Euro tournament. If you ask me, it’s where he belongs but ultimately Mancini will make the decision.”
