Juventus boss Max Allegri praised his side’s reaction following their 3-3 draw against Atalanta this evening in Torino.

The sides traded goals before Danilo leveled the affair for good midway through the second half, with both having to settle for a point.

“I’m happy with the team’s reaction and performance. Unfortunately we were made to pay for some mistakes but we did well to overturn the result,” he told DAZN.

“We played a physical match. We easily could’ve been down 5-2 but we stayed calm and balanced then took advantage when Danilo had an opportunity.”

Allegri also addressed the club’s approach after they were deducted 15-points following an investigation into their transfer-related accounting practices.

“I think 71 points will be enough for Champions League qualification but it’ll be tough. We have to work calmly and take things one match at a time.”

Finally, “We’ve got the league, Coppa Italia, and Europa League so it’s important for us to recover our legs then we’ll see what happens in the end.”
