Inter-owned goalkeeper Andrei Radu will be terminating his loan with Cremonese after just six months.
The 25 year-old joined the newly promoted side last summer and initially won the first-choice goalkeeper role ahead of Atalanta-owned youngster Marco Carnesecchi. However, an elbow injury suffered in October ultimately cost him his starting role.
Uninterested in sitting on the bench, Radu tasked his representatives to find a solution for this month’s transfer window.
Tuttomercatoweb reports Radu is closing in on a move to Ligue 1 after drawing an abundance of interest from France. He’s expected to join Lorient on a dry loan for the remainder of the season.
