It was widely anticipated and has now been officially confirmed: Argentine forward Nico Gonzalez is departing Fiorentina to join Juventus. During his three seasons with Fiorentina, Gonzalez has amassed an impressive record of 38 goals and 19 assists in 125 matches.
The transfer fee is reported to be 37 million euros, inclusive of bonuses, for the player who was previously contracted to Fiorentina until June 2028. The Belén de Escobar native has inked a five-year deal with Juventus, commonly known as the Old Lady in football circles.
