Barcelona Receives Transfer Boost in Pursuit of Juventus Outcast Chiesa
According to Sky Sport Italia, Juventus outcast Federico Chiesa is leaning towards a move to a foreign club, with Barcelona emerging as his preferred destination.
Chiesa’s agent, Fali Ramadani, has initiated discussions with Barcelona to facilitate his departure from Juventus before the summer transfer window closes. The Italian winger has been excluded from Thiago Motta’s plans in Turin and has been training separately from the team during the offseason.
While Serie A clubs Inter, Roma, and Milan have shown interest in Chiesa, Sky Sport Italia suggests that a move abroad is the most likely scenario for the player. Transfer expert Luca Marchetti revealed on Sky Sport Italia’s transfer show that Barcelona is currently Chiesa’s top choice.
However, the outcome of negotiations between Juventus and Barcelona remains uncertain. With Chiesa’s contract at Juventus expiring in June 2025, the Serie A club is eager to offload the winger during the current transfer window.
