Jan-Christian Dreesen, the CEO of Bayern Munich, confirmed the validity of reports indicating Benjamin Pavard’s imminent departure from the club to join Inter.

The France international is set to transfer to the Nerazzurri for a fee worth €30 million plus €2 million in potential bonuses. He’ll also sign a five-year contract with Simone Inzaghi’s side runs until June 2028.

“Benjamin Pavard flew to Milano yesterday and will have his medical today. If he passes it, he will sign for Inter,” Dreesen stated during a press conference this afternoon.

“He has had four good years here. We are searching for a replacement, but I won’t confirm or deny any names”.
