Chelsea captain Cesar Azpilicueta is closing in on an exit from the club after eleven years and moving abroad to Serie A.
The veteran defender, according to Fabrizio Romano, is expected to terminate his deal with the Blues a year early before joining Inter on a free transfer. The two sides agreed to personal terms on a two-year deal after several clubs expressed interest in the 33 year-old, including Bayern Munich.
He’ll become another name added to the long list of players that have secured moves away from the London side this summer–the club keen to overhaul the squad.
