Inter are making concrete steps toward signing a permanent deal for Romelu Lukaku in 2024, reports Tuttomercatoweb.
According to the Italian sports outlet, Inter executive Beppe Marotta has inquired about the extension of the Belgian striker’s loan given his recent injury which has kept the ex-Manchester United man on the sidelines for over a month and a half.
Chelsea are reportedly willing to accept an extension until 2024 on the condition that the Nerazzurri subsequently sign him on a permanent contract.
