Fiorentina sporting director Daniele Pradè expressed his frustration following the team’s 1-1 draw versus Empoli in today’s Tuscan Derby.
Despite dominating the affair, La Viola needed a 85th minute goal from Arthur Cabral just to earn a single point from the clash and extending their winless run to six league games in a row.
“There’s a ton of regret from today. This is a match that should’ve been won,” Pradè told DAZN.
“We were clearly stronger yet we can’t score goals. When there’s an opportunity to find the back of the net we don’t take it. The build up play is there but the end product is lacking.”
Adding, “We can’t use fatigue as an excuse. We have to win a game like this and be aware of the face we’re a strong team.”
