Inter goalkeeper André Onana praised his side’s teamwork following yesterday’s 1-0 victory over Napoli at the San Siro.

The Nerazzurri held the Partenopei scoreless and handed them their first league defeat of the season thanks to Edin Dzeko’s goal early in the second half.

“I think we did a great, it was important for us to win this game,” Onana told Sportmediaset. “I’m very happy with the team’s performance.”

“We all did a great job tonight. We ultimately came out on top thanks to Dzeko’s fantastic goal. We succeeded because we worked together.”

The defeat reduced Napoli’s lead at the top of Serie from eight points down to five. Despite the gap, Spalletti’s men have a difficult run of clashes upcoming versus Roma and Juventus.
