Juventus Closing in on Koopmeiners and Todibo Deals

IF24 Desk

Juventus has made a significant move in their pursuit of Teun Koopmeiners from Atalanta and Jean-Clair Todibo from OGC Nice. The club has recently sold Dean Huijsen to Bournemouth for €18m and Matias Soule to Roma for approximately €30m, providing them with the necessary funds to advance negotiations.

Juventus has made a formal offer of €45m to Atalanta for Koopmeiners, who is eager to join the team in Turin. The Dutch midfielder is a top priority for Juventus as they prepare for Thiago Motta’s first season as manager.

According to today’s Corriere dello Sport, Juventus is actively working to bring in three new players for Thiago Motta’s squad – Koopmeiners, Todibo, and a new winger such as Jadon Sancho or Karim Adeyemi. Negotiations with Atalanta may require Juventus to increase their offer, as the Italian club is holding out for €60m for Koopmeiners. Additionally, talks with OGC Nice are ongoing, with Juventus looking to secure a loan deal for Todibo with a potential obligation to buy for €35m.
