Despite an excellent showing throughout the 2022 World Cup, Rodrigo De Paul is increasingly likely to leave Atletico Madrid.

Marca claims the Spanish side have been disappointed by the former Udinese man’s lack of production ever since he joined in the summer of 2021—with the club now ready to part ways.

Atletico have reportedly placed a €36 million price tag on De Paul but it’s unlikely a transfer of this magnitude will materialise this month.

Nonetheless, their goal is to sound out prospective buyers over the coming weeks and hopefully reach an agreement ahead of the summer transfer window.

Both Milan and Juventus are keeping tabs on the situation and have expressed interest in bringing the Argentine back to Serie A.
