Juventus is reportedly preparing to make a €45m offer to acquire Teun Koopmeiners from Atalanta, with the Dutch midfielder eager to make the move to Turin. The club is set to submit their bid for Koopmeiners soon, with funds from recent player transfers like Soulé’s move to Roma for €30m and Dean Huijsen’s transfer to Bournemouth for €18m helping to finance the deal. However, Juventus may need to come up with more money to meet Atalanta’s valuation of €60m for the midfielder.

According to reports from La Gazzetta dello Sport and Il Corriere dello Sport, Juventus is ready to make their move for Koopmeiners, but it remains to be seen if Atalanta will be willing to negotiate on the price. Koopmeiners is said to be pushing Atalanta to consider Juventus’ offer, with the player expressing his desire to leave Bergamo this summer. Despite this, Atalanta’s CEO Luca Percassi has made it clear that the club has no intention of selling Koopmeiners.

The 26-year-old midfielder has reportedly already reached a preliminary agreement with Juventus on a contract worth €4.5m per year until June 2029.
