Juventus reached out to Atalanta once again on Saturday to finalize the transfer of Teun Koopmeiners, with reports in Italy suggesting that his move to Turin is imminent.
The Dutch midfielder has been linked with a move to Juventus for some time now, but a final agreement between the two clubs is yet to be reached.
Atalanta has been firm in their demand for a €60m fee for Koopmeiners, while Juventus has been trying to negotiate a lower price throughout the summer.
According to Sky reports on Sunday, Juventus contacted Atalanta to discuss the transfer once more. Juventus has offered €52m plus additional bonuses for the player.
Thiago Motta and his team have been busy in the final days of the transfer window, as they also prepare to welcome Nico Gonzalez, who underwent a medical with the club on Sunday. Francisco Conceicao is set to have his medical on Monday ahead of a loan move from Porto. Additionally, Jadon Sancho from Manchester United remains a potential target for Juventus, but only on loan.
