Manchester United has reportedly made progress in their transfer pursuit of Inter goalkeeper André Onana.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the English side presented a verbal proposal to secure the services of the talented shot-stopper. The proposed package amounts to £39 (€45) million, which includes various add-ons and bonuses. While the bid is expected to be made official in the near future, negotiations between Manchester United and Inter have not yet resulted in an agreement.
The Nerazzurri are said to be seeking a fee of €60 million for the player, including potential performance-related bonuses. However, discussions are ongoing, and the two clubs have yet to reach a consensus.
Despite the ongoing negotiations, Onana himself is reportedly eager to make the move, which would subsequently end his time with Inter after just one season.
