Matías Soulé is just moments away from becoming a new Roma player after he completed his medicals this morning ahead of his transfer switch from Juventus.
The 21 year-old arrived in the capital city last night to a warm reception from hundreds of enthusiastic Giallorossi fans. Following two weeks of negotiations, Roma and Juve finally reached an agreement for the permanent transfer of the Argentine worth €26 million plus €4 million in bonuses.
With only the official announcement pending, the Argentine took to Instagram to express his gratitude to the Bianconeri, whom he originally joined in 2020.
“Thank you, dear Juventus, for all these years together. I have grown both as a person and as a man,” wrote Soulé.
“Thanks to all the fans and everyone who works at the club for treating me well from day one. I will never forget you, many thanks.”
