Expected to exit the club before the end of the month, Roma attacker Nicolo Zaniolo has drawn considerable from both Italy and abroad.
The 23 year-old’s future is clouded in mystery after he requested to be excluded from Sunday’s league fixture against Spezia. The move came after the capital club put the attacker up for sale earlier in the week.
According to Sky Sport, Tottenham Hotspurs have so far expressed the most interest in Zaniolo but Milan have also come forward within the last few hours and inquired about him.
However, the Rossoneri are only willing to purchase the attacker on loan with an option to buy—a formula Roma aren’t willing to accept. The Giallorossi are only interested in a permanent deal and want to finalise Zaniolo’s sale as soon as possible.
