Milan Primavera continued their impressive unbeaten streak to five games, with four wins under their belt, after a dominant display against Juventus. The team secured a 3-0 victory, propelling them to fifth place in the standings.
Following their thrilling Coppa Italia quarter-final win over Inter mid-week, Milan Primavera returned to league action against Juventus, who were trailing behind them in the rankings. Despite playing away from home, Federico Guidi’s squad put on a stellar performance, scoring three goals and keeping a clean sheet.
The scoring was initiated by Alessandro Bonomi, who calmly converted a penalty that he earned himself just 23 minutes into the game. Juventus tried to mount a comeback in the first half but failed to find the net, leaving them trailing 0-1 at halftime. Emanuele Sala extended Milan’s lead early in the second half with a well-placed header, courtesy of a brilliant cross from Vittorio Magni.
The victory was sealed in the 68th minute when Victor Eletu capitalized on a short corner, scoring with his weaker foot to make it 3-0. With this win, Milan now sits in fifth place, six points behind league leaders Roma. The team will look to maintain their unbeaten run in the upcoming fixtures.
