The future of Milan Skriniar remains uncertain as the 27-year-old centreback is yet to reach an agreement with regards to his long-awaited renewal with the Nerazzurri.
The player is currently at risk of leaving as a free agent in 2023 when his current contract is set to expire as talks with Inter’s management have been ongoing for the past few months.
As reported by Tuttomercatoweb, Skriniar’s uncertain future has motivated Inter to seek alternatives on the market with Valencia’s Diakhaby having emerged as a potential substitute.
Another potential replacement is Sevilla defender Tanguy Nianzou whose spell at the Spanish side is not going in favorable after. The 20-year-old recently completed a move to Seville from Bayern Munich but is already being linked with an exit in next year’s summer window.
Inter director Piero Ausilio has already requested team scouts to monitor Nianzou’s progress in the coming months.
