After months of transfer speculation, the future of Fiorentina midfielder Sofyan Amrabat has yet to be resolved.
His superb performance at last year’s World Cup drew considerable interest from Barcelona, Manchester United, and Atletico Madrid–however, none of them met La Viola’s asking price for the midfielder.
According to a report from La Gazzetta dello Sport today, Napoli are a potential landing spot for Amrabat before the window closes on Friday. The Partenopei also have their eyes on Lucas Torreira but the prospect of acquiring the Morocco international appears more favorable at the moment.
Though, it remains to be seen whether or not Amrabat would be keen to join the defending champions as his preference was to move abroad this summer.
