Napoli are working to secure the long term future of star striker Victor Osimhen and warding off the vast interest he’s garnered throughout Europe.
According to Sky Sport, the Partenopei met with the attacker’s entourage a few days ago to discuss a new and improved contract for the 24 year-old. Although no agreement was reached, both sides believe it could be finalised soon.
They’re still working on the finer details related to Osimhen’s wages as well as the insertion of a release clause. However, the parties insist there’s no rush and talks will proceed calm and amicably before the start of the new season.
