Newcastle Eye €50M-Rated PSG Loanee at Juventus as Potential Alexander Isak Replacement
Randal Kolo Muani has made an impressive start at Juventus, contributing to seven goals in nine games since joining on loan from Paris Saint-Germain in the winter transfer window.
PSG is hopeful that his strong performances in Turin will attract suitors ahead of the summer transfer window. The club has set an asking price, aiming to recoup at least half of the €95 million they paid to acquire him from Eintracht Frankfurt in 2023.
Despite struggling for playing time under Luis Enrique this season, Kolo Muani has garnered interest from AS Roma, Tottenham Hotspur, and Juventus.
Newcastle is reportedly considering Kolo Muani as a potential replacement for Alexander Isak if he departs. PSG is said to be open to accepting an offer of around €50 million for the player, as they look to free up wages and recoup some of their investment.
A deal could potentially involve a loan with an obligation to buy, making the transfer permanent in the summer of 2026 for approximately €50 million. This move could be funded by the expected sale of Dusan Vlahovic.
Even if Isak leaves, Newcastle may still pursue Kolo Muani as they face the potential departure of Callum Wilson and the need to bolster their striker options.
