Joined alongside manager Jose Mourinho, Roma attacker Paulo Dybala discussed the upcoming Europa League tie against RB Salzburg and also addressed his club future.
La Joya has been linked with a potential summer exit thanks to a strong rebound season in the Italian capital following his split with Juventus.
“We know this game won’t be easy because we’re facing a strong side but we’ll be ready to fight,” he stated.
“Salzburg are a Champions League level side, let’s keep that in mind. I want to win the Europa League. My teammates and I, along with Mourinho, will give our best to help Roma win this trophy.”
“We know there’s teams that are stronger than us most consider favorites, they also have more pressure but you never know.”
“There are draws that are sometimes benevolent and other times not, now Barcelona-Manchester United are facing each other and one of the two will be left out. We have to focus on ourselves.”
“My future? With all due respect, the release clause in my contract is strictly a matter between my agents and the club,” added Dybala.
“I don’t know what will happen at the end of the season, I don’t even know what will happen with Mourinho, you have to ask him.”
“I want to be coached by Mourinho because he’s among the best, and now I’m only thinking of Salzburg.”
Finally, “The season is very long and I want to win with Roma and I want Roma to play in the Champions League next season.”
