Milan are rushing to finalise one last transfer deal before the summer window closes on Friday.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Milan and Porto have reached a total agreement for the transfer of striker Mehdi Taremi. The two sides reportedly came to terms late Wednesday after they overcame a disagreement surrounding the number of installments regarding the fee.

The Rossoneri agreed to pay €15 million fee plus additional bonuses for the Iran international. Taremi is poised to fly to Italy in the coming hours and sign his three-year contract worth an estimated €3 million (net) annually.

He’s expected to fly to Italy in the coming hours to undergo his medical examinations and officially complete his transfer to Stefano Pioli’s side.

Since joining Porto in 2020, Taremi amassed an impressive record of 80 goals and 49 assists in 151 total appearances.
