Out-of-favor Barcelona attacker Memphis Depay is determined to leave the Spanish giants in January and Roma are being rumored as a potential landing spot for the ex-Manchester United man.

The Dutchman has made only 3 appearances this season in all competitions and he’s currently nursing a thigh injury.

According to both calciomercato.com and Spanish outlet Sport, Roma are one of several clubs interested in acquiring the attacker once the transfer window officially reopens on January 1st.

The Giallorossi have reportedly been in recent contact with Depay’s representatives, who consider the capital club a viable destination for the 28 year-old.

Juventus also remain interested in Depay following the extensive negotiations they held with the player last summer. Though, the deal never got over the finish line due to a lack of time.
