Roma has given Juventus an ultimatum regarding the potential transfer of Matías Soulé, with the deadline set for midnight.
The Argentine forward is the primary target for Roma, who are growing frustrated with Juventus’ handling of the situation. Roma made a substantial offer of 28 million euros, including bonuses, to acquire the player from Juventus.
This offer is the highest received by Juventus sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli, both domestically and internationally. Despite interest from other clubs like West Ham and Leicester, Roma has set a deadline for Juventus to respond to their offer.
If Juventus fails to meet the deadline, Roma will shift their focus to other transfer targets. Soulé and his agent are eager to make the move to Roma, with the player already in agreement with the club.
The decision now rests with Juventus’ Giuntoli on whether to accept Roma’s offer or hold out for a better deal. As of now, there are no indications of any other offers being made for the Argentine player.
