Italy was well-represented in UEFA’s latest club coefficients—with seven clubs from Serie A ranked within the Top 50.
Published late Thursday, the club coefficients are based on the results of clubs competing in the five previous seasons of the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League and UEFA Europa Conference League. The rankings determine the seeding of each club in relevant UEFA competition draws.
Highest on the list from Serie A are Roma, who sit 5th behind Liverpool, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, and Manchester City.
Meanwhile, defending Italian champions Inter are 10th followed by Atalanta (20th), Napoli (21st), Milan (22nd), Juventus (23rd), Lazio (31st), and Fiorentina (36th).
