Italy national team boss Luciano Spalletti officially unveiled his final 26-man roster for this summer’s EURO 2024 tournament in Germany.
Spalletti originally called-up 30 players to participate in a training camp prior to the start of the competition, but quickly lost two potential options in Francesco Acerbi (Hernia) and Giorgio Scalvini (Torn ACL)—calling-up Juventus youngster Federico Gatti in their place.
The three additional names left off the Azzurri’s final squad include Ivan Provedel, midfielder Samuele Ricci, and Bologna attacker Riccardo Orsolini.
