Giovanni Kean, the brother of Juventus striker Moise, discussed his older sibling’s club future and the recent brace he scored against Lazio.

The 22 year-old guided the Bianconeri to a 3-0 win over the Biancocelesti just before the World Cup break—increasing his season tally to 4 goals in 13 league appearances.

“What a pleasure it was to see him score a brace against Lazio under the eyes of Sarri,” he told Tuttosport.

“He (Sarri) didn’t want him, he was sad about the transfer to Everton.”

When asked about his brother’s club future, Giovanni underlined that Torino is home for the striker.

He revealed, “The last year was the most difficult of his career but it served as a lesson for him. He worked on everything from his weight to his mentality.”

“For me, he’s only at 70% and has ample room for growth because he’s still only 22 years-old. In Paris, my phenoms considered him a lost cause but he went on to score 17 goals.”

Adding, “He wasn’t close to leaving Juventus and doesn’t intend to do so neither now or in the future. In fact, he pushed to return to the club, it’s his home.”
