Thiago Motta, the new coach of Juventus, is making a concerted effort to ensure that everyone at the team’s training center feels appreciated. He is taking the initiative to learn the names and details of every member of the in-house staff at Continassa.
Motta’s goal is to establish a personal connection with each individual at Juventus. He has reportedly requested labeled photographs of all club employees so that he can memorize them. This includes approximately 70-80 non-playing or coaching staff members in Turin, such as medical staff, groundspeople, kitmen, and cafeteria employees.
This approach is not new for Motta, as he previously implemented a similar strategy when he joined Bologna in 2022, which was well-received. By addressing everyone on a first-name basis, Motta aims to foster a culture of inclusivity, trust, and respect within the club.
After returning to Italy from his summer break, Motta wasted no time in familiarizing himself with Juventus’ facilities and headquarters. His hands-on approach demonstrates his commitment to creating a positive and cohesive environment for all members of the team.
