Torino is intensifying their efforts to acquire Inter Milan striker Francesco Pio Esposito, as reported by Turin-based newspaper La Stampa via FCInterNews. Lecce, Parma, and Cagliari are also interested in signing the 18-year-old player.

Esposito, who came up through Inter’s youth system, made his senior football debut last season after impressing with the Primavera team. Despite scoring only three goals for Spezia, he caught the eye with his overall performances in Serie B.

After a promising first season in senior football, there is a belief that Esposito is ready to make the jump to Serie A. Several clubs are vying for his signature, with Torino leading the race according to La Stampa.

Torino is looking to bolster their attacking options this summer, aiming to find a player similar to Duvan Zapata in terms of physical presence and goal-scoring ability. Esposito fits the bill as a tall, physical striker, and the Granata are expected to make a move for him soon.

However, Torino faces competition from other clubs including Lecce, Cagliari, and Parma, who are also keeping a close eye on the talented young striker from Inter.
